Corona regulations

Current arrangements to protect our visitors and staff (as of 10 May 2022)

Dear guests,

Corona-related access restrictions no longer apply at our locations. However, for your protection and for the protection of our staff, it is recommended to keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters to other people and to wear at least a medical mouth and nose cover. Different regulations may apply to individual programs.

In addition, please note the following:

  • If you feel ill or have had close contact with a person suffering from Covid-19, please stay at home.
  • Please follow the instructions of the staff.
  • We recommend purchasing an online ticket.

Please also follow some general hygiene tips:

  • Cough or sneeze into the crook of your arm or into a handkerchief and keep your hands away from your face (eyes, nose, mouth).
  • Avoid touching (for example, shaking hands, hugging).
  • Please disinfect your hands regularly at the disinfection stations in the entrance areas and in the exhibitions or wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

If you have any questions, please contact the information line or the museum staff on site.

Information on hygiene rules and tickets for our exhibition BERLIN GLOBAL in the Humboldt Forum can be found here.

We wish you a pleasant stay!

Tickets should preferably be purchased online via our ticket shop and presented on site at the entrance. Guided tours are possible again in our open museums.
